Great experience with On Time. This trip I had several last minute changes to my itinerary, including one that required a 4:30am pickup with a late night airline cancellation the night before. All was handled professionally with the phone always answered, no matter the time. I look forward to continuing using this service. Thank you Ashraf.

Ashraf made traveling with two toddlers very easy. From booking the service to being on-time, the process was as smooth as it could go. Car is clean and Ashraf is very professional. I highly recommend and I will absolutely be calling him my next visit to Nj. Thank you Ashraf.

I was wholeheartedly compelled to write a review for Ashraf's company - On Time Limo because of his company's wonderful service. This is the first time I've ever used a car service other than Uber/Lyft and it was for an airport pick up for my mom. My biggest concern was for her safety, but secondly I wanted to make her arrival at the airport and drop off at home as smooth as possible especially because I couldn't pick her up myself. Ashraf was pleasant to communicate with from the very beginning. He gave me a price estimate via email and then I called him to book the reservation. He provided his cell number so I could reach him personally and send the arrival info. He assured me that my mom would get home safely, and even provided a luxurious SUV! I was only expecting a sedan because it was just my mom and she didn't even have any luggage. Payment was super simple too -- I offered to pay some amount upfront but Ashraf was also really easy going about this too, saying I didn't have to pay anything until after she was dropped off. Payment was done via Zelle and there wasn't any change to the original estimate he gave me.
tl;dr
-driver was on time and waited for my mom outside the airport, contacted her upon arrival and guided her on where to meet
-car was luxurious, spacious, and clean
-pick up and drop off were smooth and safe
-easy communication
-easy payment (via zelle)
Will be using Ashraf's car service again in the future when I need it!
