My niece was recently going through a terrible legal situation with her landlord and everyone in the jersey city superior court gave her the wrong information. She then contacted Viktor by phone and he didnt hesitate to legally advise her , he even called her back with accurate information when he was unsure of recent changes in housing laws. When my niece offered to pay for these services Viktor refused to take any payments, he then offered to legally represent her in the event her situation worsened. I went to several law offices in the area before hisand there was finally a huge relief when someone genuinely helped me out with my little problem. I was told that I would need a Power of Attorney for an application for a placard for a disabled person (my elderly mother)as it had always been a struggle with her during the pick-ups and drop-offs. I was a little confused because I was the owner of the vehicle and its related registration with the state of NJ, and thanks to Viktors advice, the Power of Attorney was not really needed (unless my Mom would decide to have another person use the issued placard, per DMV). He didnt charge me anything even after quickly perusing my other application forms for additional clarification. The other law offices before him quickly dismissed me when I inquired about my issue; so, I felt fortunate to have someone like him to actually help out when I discovered his office. Will definitely keep him in the future for any inquiries that are more akin to his specialty (personal injury, accidents, workers comp, etc)
