Chris at the front desk was fantastic! He texted me before our arrival. He was at the front desk when we arrived. He told us about restaurants in the area gave us a list of them and told us about all of the amenities. He was just a breath of fresh air! Just so friendly and personable.. the kind of person that all companies should want at the face of their businesses. Rooms: Very modern and spacious. Nearby activities: Art shops Walkability: You can walk to the art shops, the mall, lots of restaurants and farmers market. Just a really cool area! Food & drinks: Restaurant and bar on site - great food and lounge area. Tried the Moscow margarita during happy hour .. it was great! Noteworthy details: Very artsy hotel, cool guitars on the walls. Has parking and valet parking. Only 35-minute ride to NYC Manhattan.

The hotel lobby is nice, I checked in and the way the hotel set up was different than what Ive seen. The rooms are nice there is unfortunately no microwave which is a hassle considering the do have a mini fridge. Which is like a drawer and that was different. The parking garage is a little far from the hotel in terms of you have heavy luggage. If you dont, the walk is fine. They do have valet but didnt want to do that. I got take out from their bistro dont waste your time they were out if a lot of their main dishes which are not many. I settled on a cheeseburger and it was extremely dry it wasnt good at all. The Mac and cheese water a bit watery and I tipped. The food isnt worth the money. Another con is their bedding, all of their sheets had stains on them, they do not have fitted sheets on the bed just a sheet. Housekeeping gave me 2 sets of bedding before we realized they dont have a fitted sheet. Each piece of bedding had stains. It most likely what the wash their bedding with that is t getting it out. If I decided to come back Ill use disposable bedding. Other than that everything else was decent/clean. The mini market is way too high I would bring your own snacks.
