        I was a students parent at ps 23 and the school is disgusting, from food on the floor to inappropriate drawings on the wall. REALLY BAD SCHOOL!!!

        First year here, I deal with 4 teachers for my two kids, all four are great, administration in the other hand can use a lot of work, kids need more discipline, bullying is high, security staff needs a lot more training. And last but not least, the building needs work, upgrades, air conditioning.
