I did surgery for my 3 teeths here. The surgery went well. After surgery their service not good. Another main problem with billing. They do over charge. I did surgery for 3 teeths once but they did bill 2 times. Two bills $3000 each total $6000. First bill my insurance covered 50% & rest I paid around $850. Interesting point the second bill insurance didnt pay. They didnt inform me also. But after 1 year they sent it to collections. Now when I came to know that I have due I am trying to pay but I cant pay. Im f I call them they tell to call collections agency but I dont find any information about agency where to call how to pay no idea. I dont get any calls or mail from collections agency & I cant pay them also though its over billing. Now I am stuck. This is not a trust worthy place for people of peace of mind.

I had a great experience here, I loved the nurses and they were so sweet and patient while I was so nervous to get all 4 wisdom teeth out. The reviews scared me a bit but honestly all the reviews are about the same thing which is waiting. If you are getting surgery you shouldnt have anything planned for the whole rest of the day anyways. So bring a book, watch a video, etc. What matters is if you have a good doctor and staff- and you do! I never leave reviews but I truly loved this office because of the nurses and doctor. I went back for a follow up and Dr.Laifook takes time to answer all your questions and explains everything in detail. Dont be scared of reviews (:

I just called to make an appointment for an extraction. My dentist referred me there. The secretary was very rude, simply because I told her I didn't speak English. He left me waiting and then hung up on me. I came back and called and when he heard my voice he hung up on me. SHE IS A RASIST according to her attitude. Bad bad bad. I'll look for another place. I went to Dr. Laifook bc the crown to my tooth came off. She put me to sleep and when she was done they woke me up and rushed me out the door. I was in pain for 2 weeks when I went to my dentist he showed me that the tooth in front of the one she pulled out was split in half. My dentist had to pull it out and now I had 2 missing teeth. I tried calling to speak to someone explaining what she had done to me and they kept telling me to call later or they brushed me off. Dr. Laifook is a horrible individual along with that old Spanish woman who practically pushed me out the door and the staff for not paying for another tooth as it was her doing that I lost it. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this so call oral dentist to my worse enemy. Dont do it to yourself as there are bad reviews regarding both dentist and staff.
