Small Home Depot, doesn't have everything like a regular size store. Parking is on second floor, store is on first.

This is my first time visiting this location. I came in and stopped at the desk. There were two associates. One male and one female named Damaris. The male was helping someone else. Damaris was free. Another person walked in after me and she chose to speak to him. He is actually another employee at this location. I say hello where's the customer service desk. Damaris says here and rolls her eyes. Apparently I shouldn't have interrupted her while chatting with her coworker. The male associate finishes with his customer and helps me. He did great at finding my order. I asked for a manager. Malcolm comes and asks what happened. I explained the above and asked him if someone could help me take my order to my truck. He called someone. They took a while to come and so he said he would take it up for me. While on the less than 2 minute walk to my car, he said he didn't have to help me and that because he's the manager, he does what he wants. Oh! I said well wouldn't you think that because I've already had a not-so-perfect in-store experience that he should have offered to assist me. He said no. He went on to say he would not document Damaris's actions because he didn't like MY disposition. -_- Terrible experience and I will never come to this location again. I will also tell my contractors not to come to this location either.
