Horrible service. Wish to give 0 star. I bring my drone for repairs. Paid $50 dollars for diagnostics. Next day got phone call that it cant be fixed, because off it is too much corrosion there. I asked 5 times if they took it apart to get that information. On the same day, I took it apart and figure out it wasn't touched at all. So be ready to just pay them $50 for no any service!!! Shame on you

I came in with a PS4 restart problem (which requires system software update). They did a complete factory reset in safe mode in a rush manner, instead of providing/discussing with me the possible consequences (knowing that it is a factory reset, I would not have let them do that). As a result, the game progress was completely erased in my console. There could have been safer ways to fix the issue, such as installing the system update via an external USB, without factory reset. Safe Mode has many options. They chose the easiest yet the most destructive path without considering the consequence. Very disappointed losing all the game progress. These guys probably are good on Hardware, but dont come if you have software issues. Further reply to the shops response: I asked multiple times during the process whether it will erase the old data/software on the machine. Also, there was no safety check/asking from you to back up the old data. If you know it is going to erase everything, why dont you let me know and at least raise some warnings and let me decide the next step? I dont doubt your capability in repairing hardware, but you need some cleverer/professional approach in dealing with software issues, instead of making it work in such a high cost. Yes. The console can restart and software failure was solved by simply deleting everything. An irrecoverable cost - I need to know that before you start the process.
