ZARA

Do I ever leave nasty, angry, evil reviews? Nope, not my style. Still, my most recent visit to ZARA in Newport Mall ofJersey City left me roaring with raging anger and fury. An absolutey hedious, messy, filthy store, longest lines ever and mean cashiers have turned my visit to Zara into a horrendous experience NOT TO BE REPEATED! Today I spent 15 minutes on line at 5pm on Friday (!!!) and $47 for a simple pair of black jeans to go with a georgeus $100 (initially $400) Kooples fall jacket that I got from Bloomingdales delivered to my door, with free shipping. I will continue to shop at Bloomies and Saks, where $50-60 gets you a pair of fancy jeans on sale and you are treated with respect and dignity we all deserve. ZARA, shame on you! June 2023 update: extremely long lines, only one or two registers open. Such a disgrace!December 27, 2023 update: fitting rooms are closed for days in a row April 2024 update: the fitting rooms ARE open; still only one register is open

I recently shopped at this store and its easy to find what you are looking for , great costumer service the employee with the headscarf was extremely helpful and friendly.

Very bad service at the store. Store staff is roaming here and there on Monday evening but they are just not willing to help customers!!!

Very poor management I waited 30 minutes no one employee check out self check out not working if you have a time two hour to wait most welcome to shopping here
