New Jersey Child Support

This guys are the worst, they dont care about anything I have show them that judge terminated my cs and they still took money and now they taking more and today the lady hang up the phone I have ask for a manager for over 8 months and still waiting for a call the are very rude, they just dont care about dads.

They don't deserve even 1 star, they deserve to be qualified and put people who want to work. I haven't received 1 cent from the father of my children for 5 months. I had to call and insist to open the account so he can start paying because this place believes He is going to do it when that man has not paid anything in 3 years. I have called countless times. I have gone to Jersey City to talk personally and nothing is resolved. It took months to they call him to set a minimum to pay instead of demanding that he everything owed is paid, so I can tell my children to eat less this month. I spoke with the supervisor of my case because the person handling my case has never called me and they always say he will call you in 2 business days that has never happened in months, I would like to know if there is a place above them for me to go to write and complain or if there I have to call a television channel because I am not the onlyone a single mother who has to support her children, they had the nerve to tell me to go to welfare to ask for help because I have to go to that place to ask for help when they can force my ex to pay what he owes that man lied in court that he doesn't work that he doesn't have money that he doesn't have a car when I presented all the evidence that this is a lie. He drives luxurious cars of the year. He lives in a building that pays rent for 2,600 luxuries and trips. Everything was demonstrated to the judge and yet they did nothing. When I saw the evidence, I thought that in this country they helped Mothers, I just want justice to be done and the right thing to be done. I'm not asking for charity or to support me. I work hard to be able to support my children, but it seems disrespectful to me that a citizen is treated in this way that they believe. that with one call he will. go to pay, they don't want to do their job because placing a warrant is a lot of process and it involves many people to work that's why they don't do it but they don't care about the health and well-being of the children because they are the ones who suffer and they are not removed. the heart thinking that there are children who need.

Worst service ever. They make it impossible to talk to an actual person, and they dont even care. That make it impossible to help your child. It should be the opposite. But best believe they will be right in you if you miss one payment
