Today around 10:15 I went to the store and ask the question? The guy immediately was a little rude I never thought anything of it but took his suggestion and try to look it up in store the problem I was having. When it didn't work I asked him again he started getting belligerent and said he was the owner of the store. And that I was bothering him !!! I asked him why ,and he had no time for my questions after that$$ whatever is going on with him is no little thing!!! This is no laughing matter $$$ if he is the owner someone will hurt one day. He just came out of nowhere with it I'm not that guy to do that but someone in that neighborhood is definitely going to give him a piece of their mind.but he is asking for trouble . Wow. He is definitely no expert or gentleman

Where do I start? I would have given this store 0 stars if i could. I came here to pay a bill for internet service and the attitude the guy behind the counter had was horrible. I heard the way he spoke to the customer prior to me and she left the store. So as I was explaining what I needed to pay in the store he told me that he couldn't make that payment. I called the retailer for my prepaid service and he asked the worker to process the payments accordingly. The man gave nothing but attitude to the customer service representative. I stood in shock as I listened to his mannerisms with someone you hold a contract with. I said you are a third party retailer who is contracted with them and the way you are speaking to him is insane. He stated he didn't care about the contract or the store. It's not his store, it's his dad store. Listen, if you don't want to come to work please don't show. I'm not saying the customer is always right because that is not always the case, but the way you speak to customers and the tone he uses should change. I would have never stepped foot in this store if it wasn't necessary and I promise I never will again. I will make the drive elsewhere if I have to.
