I usually shop at the tmobile on the upper level. But the phone I wanted was out of stock so I went downstairs to the tmobile. I got the last zflip phone which I was happy to purchase. The sales rep was really nice. But for whatever reason the phone was not holding the charge I came back to return it after a week. There were 2 young ladies they both spoke Spanish one Latina one African American the first one who approached me the Latina I did not get her name. But she was like "can I help you?" I explained I needed to return my phone it may be defective. She told me who sold me the phone I told her who she said he is off so U have to come back tomorrow when he is working. I said that makes no sense y do I have to come back to him. She said she don't hv the credentials the guy is the assistant manager he is the one who has to help me. Frustrated I went upstairs to the other tmobile explained what happened the guy told me that is not true there should be someone at the store qualified to help me. I went back she still insisted that I have to return the following day. She was horrible. Luckily the other young lady help me and did the exchange and I got my new phone. I won't be returning to this tmobile. I wished I had this lady's name. She lacks customer's skills. I wish I could post a zero star

Great customer service Dennis the assistant manager was very helpful from the start he worked with me until my problem was resolved! Johnathan the manager was informative! I was very great full for them being the other t-mobile store wanted nothing to do with me...Thank you again they are a great team
