Kimberly is amazing. What we all thought my situation was impossible but she made it possible. I walked needing to do a smart witch from a phone that had a bleeding almost completely blacked out and a forgotten samsung account password but she made the switch possible. I appreciate her help, patience and her persistence to figure it out. Kimberly THANK YOU! Definitely an asset to this location. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming!

The manager is a piece of shif , he no want give to me my warranty for my phone he said i need to pay deductible is a problem from the factory of the phone

The rep who helped me was William. He really went above and beyond helping me transfer my old phone to my new Samsung Flip Z. He was very helpful and have a great customer service skills.

This is probably the worst T-Mobile branch. Ive waited 1 hr without any acknowledgement. There was only 1 person in front of me and that person waited just as long. The 2 rep was taking their sweet time with their client, had plenty of time to acknowledge
Adding to this,
After the rep finally starts to see me, he asked me what I wanted to do, I told him that I needed to switch a screen, and he asked me which phone, I said 13, he said they only have 15 available, and ask if I wanted it ordered. I said, why didnt you tell me an hour ago, in a frustrated manner, rep said Im sorry you waited but you didnt ask! He also then said you shouldnt give me an attitude. Mind you, I think any reasonable person would be incredibly frustrated! I worked in customer service my entire career, this is not how you handle a situation. All he had to say is sorry you had to wait, let me help you order. Thats it! He had the audacity to say that I give him an attitude.
