Try calling the number listed for yourselves there is no voicemail set up and by no means is the email address functional since all emails get returned. I booked two events with Pynk Unicorn months in advance. Paid in full. I receive an email today that my event has been cancelled and to contact them no rhyme or reason. Communication is horrible. Does not respond. Difficult to get in touch with. The owner refuses to provide a viable form of contact. The studio is always set to open but they are closed and no one appears at the site to communicate or assist with questions. I booked two events and suddenly they get cancelled no phone call no notice. Im trying to contact them now and no responses.

Wow I never call anyone out of their name but you guys are some serious a holes! My baby shower is less than two weeks away and you literally send me an email now canceling with no explanation or an apology! Probably the most unprofessional service Ive ever seen! If they happen to re-open I would never ever recommend this place for anyone!
