Worst service and busiest bank in Jersey City. They made me wait 1hour and i was next in line. They Always short staffed. Play no they are the busiest they cant Bring more employees to service their clients. Worst worst branch in Jersey City maybe the state.

Very friendly bankers. Ms.Bibi Singh and Ms. Sarita Chandrabhan were very helpful and made it easy to get my work done on a Saturday morning. Parking in the location is very convenient

They don't take good care of you in this place. They also don't like to work There is no manager who takes care of people They always give you a lot of buts to cash a simple check I waited in line for an hour because only one person was serving and no one came out to help, too many annoying people. Due to the inefficiency of the cashier on duty, causing problems for all and sundry

I've never seen a branch more imcompent in my life. Been banking with BOA for 10 years. They are incredibly slow and understaffed. Literally lines everyday and they only have one teller working.
