Top level service. Ive been banking at this branch for over 20 years and this is one of the most professional front offices that I have deal with in any commercial setting. The team is always friendly and highly effective even as a high volume branch. Special thanks to manager Shanese and her team of bankers Unali Harold Mike Raquel Christian Maya for all the help over the years. Customer service is extremely poor and un-attentive. Wait times are long when trying to speak to a rep even when its empty.

This branch requires appointments for everything even though its empty all of the time. Went to on 12/29 to open an account and Banker said he couldnt do anything because all of his workers left early due to the holiday. What holiday is on 12/29? Will never go to this location again.

Came here to open a cd account. WARNING do not come here to open anything. They do not call back or respond to emails. Communication is horrible!

The bankers themselves are fantastic. However ,Ive been with them since I was 17. I had the same number for a very long time and attempted to log in on a new device with a new mobile number. The app directed me to call my bank. I understand calling late in the day is super rude to their staff but I was just calling to figure out my issue. It literally directed me to call my branch in my areas. I get off work midday. It was authentication problem. WHICH I UNDERSTAND. The words out the persons mouth was rude you gotta call the number on the card. What are we going to do for you? and You need to read the number on the back of the card which again I get. I was only calling though to get that clarification. This branch is fantastic but, when people answer the phone and questions you like that, it is the reason young adults ( me 21) do not feel comfortable to call about adult issues. I was barley able to get a word in. I dont want anyone in trouble I just want higher ups of the bank to know that the way their workers speak to customers can and will throw them off.
