Called to get a quote on a service and they answer the phone "what do you want". I ask if it was the auto shop and they're answering "who's this". Completely rude and unprofessional

My car broke down in the middle of the highway due to the transmission. I went to three mechanics & they all told me it was going to cost me over $7k. Ridiculous! I was desperate & reluctantly ended up shopping for a new car. While at a dealership & looking at the cars outside, I struck up a conversation with one of the service dudes on his break & he recommended I go to Robert. My prayers were answered! Robert is a great mechanic. He doesn't give you any BS & tells you straight up the issue with your car & what your options are. I highly recommend him!

Robert is an excellent mechanic who specializes in auto repair and auto body. With over 30 yrs experience in auto repair, there isn't anything he can do with cars. One of the best thing about this repair shop is the prices are reasonable! Highly recommended.
