        [UPDATED REVIEW ALERT!!] Three weeks ago, I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Ray at Advance Auto Parts for a spark plug issue, and I was compelled to share my positive experience. Today, I find myself writing yet another review, this time for a different Ray a younger colleague, who has proven to be equally exceptional. Navigating battery issues can often be straightforward, but as luck would have it, my situation was anything but. Despite the unexpected complications, Ray's patience and perseverance were unwavering. He approached every challenge with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring no stone was left unturned until my vehicle was running smoothly again. His dedication to customer service and technical expertise did not go unnoticed. I cannot recommend Advance Auto Parts highly enough. While they might present a laid-back demeanor, do not be misled they possess the determination and fierce resolve of tigers, ready to tackle any automotive challenge with grace and professionalism. A heartfelt thank you to Ray, the younger of the two OGs, for his outstanding assistance today. Your efforts are greatly appreciated and speak volumes of the caliber of service provided by this establishment
