Warren at York by Windsor Apartments

I visited Warren at York to view potential apartment options, and I had a great experience with Michael. He was knowledgeable about the building and neighborhood, and he followed up with different options as they became available.

My husband and I have lived at Warren at York together for about 3 years. The management company is amazing- they are always super helpful and friendly. We recently decided to transfer out of our 1 bedroom into a 2 bedroom and the process could not have gone more smoothly. Michael & Samantha made the transition extremely seamless and were ready and eager to answer any and all questions that we had. Thank you Michael & Sam - we really appreciate all of the hard work you put into getting us our apartment!

We recently visited the Warren at York to look at potential apartment options. The leasing staff is amazing with Mike leading the charge. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Any questions we had were quickly answered. The community is wonderful and apartment layouts are great!

I worked with Michael Coughlan on my recent lease!!! I fell in love with my unit instantly and Michael has been guiding me through the application process with nothing but warmth and patience! I also truly appreciated the efficiency and rigor that Michael upheld to make sure that Windsor is a fun and safe community for families. Michael really helped lessen the stress and pressure that often are a built-in feature of apartment searching and moving.

Before you settle on this spot, give it an extra thought. Noise: Maybe I lucked out with some decent neighbors next door, making the walls between units seem fine. But let me tell you, you can practically eavesdrop on the neighbors above. The building's design is lacking, and there's a no-carpet policy, so you'll be privy to every creak and shuffle. Get ready to know your neighbors' daily routinewhen they rise, when they hit the hay. And that door slam? Brace yourselfit's just them heading out. Oh, and if you're in the unit facing the school, make peace with the sound of dribbling basketballs and random events during the school season. Poor interior: Despite being a new apartment, the interior quality is a bit off. You can just sense that they've cut corners. Weird package reclaim policy: Forget picking up your delivered package whenever you please. No, you have to wait for the concierge to check and log them into the system. It might take a few hours after delivery, and if they're not at the front desk, you'll be twiddling your thumbs until they are. Expensive: If you've got wheels, I'm pretty sure you can find a more budget-friendly and decent option. Without a car, this place isn't too shabby, but it might not be essential. Journal Square is a more affordable pick if you're heading to NYC. Plus, most grocery stores in this neighborhood will have you shelling out some serious cash.
