They did a fantastic job after scheduling and work failed for both AJ Perri and Gold Medal Plumbing. They prioritized the work, given their was no heat in the apartment. They didn't complain or reject the service because a washing machine had to be moved or because I couldn't reserve parking in front of the building, like AJ Perri and Gold Medal Plumbing had. They had everything fixed quickly. Thanks again!

Howard and his team are professional, timely, and do quality work. We were so grateful for their service after a series of terrible experiences with other HVAC companies like AJ Peri and Home Depot install services. We first hired Kook and don in 2021 to install a brand new split system in our historic brownstone. At that point we'd had at least 4 other companies come tell us the job just couldn't be done because of the layout of our home. Howard came in and had a solid plan for install within 2 site visits. He was able to execute the work with his team within a month. Since the install, we've hired Kook and Son for annual maintenance and to troubleshoot issues as they arise with our HVAC systems. They are always super prompt and resolve most issues within the day. They also recently did an emergency replacement of our hot water heater and had the new unit delivered and installed within 4 hours of my service call. It was epic. I would recommend these folks to anyone and we will continue to hire them for all our HVAC and plumbing needs.
