        I had called to do my taxes. I am an independent contractor and have a 1099. It seems he did not want to help me at all and was making in unpleasant when I was asking him questions. He seemed overwhelmed and unknowledgeable. He told me to go back to whoever I use to before because and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Then again I dont expect much from west side ave.

        Alvin was so helpful and very professional. Really knows what he's doing and was really fast with my taxes. I got an appt next day (via zoom) n process took maybe 2 days and I had my federal in my checkings in 8 days. Wow I've never seen that before definitely have recommended everyone from work and family aswell.
