Great group of guys here. Needed them in a pinch to repair a run flat tire. They picked up my car on almost zero notice, repaired it, and returned my car a few hours later. Wow! Risked my car with another local place last time and they butchered up one of my wheels. Dont risk it with a local tire shop, these guys have great equipment and actually care about your car! Edit 4/2/24- another great experience with Ed, Derek and crew. Honest, trustworthy and willing to go the extra mile, literally, by dropping me off at home. Appreciate the personal approach to car repair, awesome local business. Highly recommended. They also know BMWs inside and out, so if youre looking for a local indy shop this is the one.

Another great experience at Platts! I brought my 2019 Aston Martin Vantage to Platts for service, and all that I can say is that these guys are Top Notch! I dont trust my baby with just anybody, but since Ive always brought all of my other less exotic cars to Ed, Derek and their team, I knew that I could trust them with my Aston. The staff are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and highly trained in all things automotive. The depth of experience is obvious when you see the thoroughness and quality of their work. They clearly have a do it right the first time approach because Ive never been disappointed in any service performed by Platts. Its comforting to know that there is an excellent alternative to taking my car to the stealer for service, and one thats conveniently located makes it all the better. Of course Ill be back...

What an amazing experience. We had a classic car that needed love and care that was not driven in a long time. We had it towed there and Derek and his dad were incredible. They did an entire extremely impressive detailed write up on the car and got it running and also detailed recommendations of what was needed. If you are seeking an honest, reliable auto service place that actually knows what they are doing, look no further and oh they are as nice as nice can be. This place is truly a hidden gem. I look forward to working with them again and will absolutely gladly recommend without hesitation.

Platts Plus Performance is awesome. I took my Mustang GT here after I purchased the car and plan on going back for future work! If youre someone like me who is really meticulous about their car id recommend going here 10 out of 10 times. These guys pay attention to the smallest details and are very honest when it comes to your car. Customer service is amazing and they work fast. Got all the fluids in the car changed along with other things that would take any other shop 2 days at least with the traffic they get. Dropped my car off in the morning and got it back before they closed the same day. Looking forward to seeing them again!
