Great place - better than AMI where I have gone for years prior. Was taken on time for my appt. Front desk was courteous/efficient. Sheila was the nurse that assisted me. She was able to get the IV on the first try. I made sure to drink a lot of water. MRI was perfect, I was able to see light, which helped while laying flat. Loved the sound proof headphones with the music. Except the music didn't switch over from the last patient. Otherwise all was perfect.

I should have read reviews prior. I went for an MRI, never had this type of test before, I was so uncomfortable, tried to ask a question during the test, how much longer. No one answered as I yelled I have a question. Of course I had the emergency button but it was not an emergency, just how much longer as a painful position. The technical person seemed annoyed before we started. Desk people friendly. Scary test to be left alone.

This place is horrible! I was scheduled an appointment for an MRI and received a call to confirm and remind me of my appointment time. I get there only to be told that my appointment was cancelled! At first, the authorization was not approved and then, the same day (yesterday) it was approved and thats what they said in the message. I called back after leaving there to find out WHY I was cancelled, and the person who answered lied and said they just received authorization today, not yesterday. They gave me the authorization paper which states approval yesterday. They never told me they cancelled my appointment and I will never go back there.VERY unprofessional! Even my Dr.s office who sent me there for the MRI said they never received the cancellation call they claim they made yesterday.
