Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care - Jackson

If I could give the place a 0 I would. Attitudes at the desk and take forever to get any kind of answer the people are rude and inconsiderate. I live right around the corner and I will drive a half hour to go else where cause they are terrible every time !!!! Trust me I dont want to be there either but you can at least be a little considerate to other people. Especially kids. But I will say the Doctor I had was great with my son. Its a shame the rest of the staff do not care. AT ALL.

To start off, if I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. My girlfriend was very sick with flu like symptoms. As we walked in at 3:00 they said they are seeing no more patients. Online it claims they close at 4pm. Last time I checked this is illegal. We went to Chai urgent care where we were seen right away and treated very kindly. Chai has been taking all of the patients they had turned down from 2-4. Hackensack was extremely rude and dismissive would not recommend.

Normally I have nothing but great things to say about this urgent care office. Today I was very disappointed. I went in with my 2.5y old son for a sick visit today a 2:30pm and the gentleman behind the counter said that the doctor working today and tomorrow doesnt see any pediatric patients unless they are over 5 years old because hes a primary doctor and suggested I go to the brick office or come back on Monday. I have never heard anything so ridiculous in my life. I politely walked out. But you should be ashamed of yourselves as should Dr. Elsammon as he was the doctor working today.

Inadequate customer service; these individuals lack the social skills and empathy needed to provide care. Their attitude is one of disdain and indifference. These people are obviously unhappy and despise their lives. In fact, it is rather depressing. They're so bad at taking care of people, they can barely take care of themselves.

Front Desk staff is rude and clearly do not care to show it ! Especially the women. Im It sure how shes still there after many complaints. All drs we have seen there are absolutely wonderful though !
