In probably the worst real estate market in decades, my house was sold quickly and without any major stress. My broker, Blaise DeMers, made sure he covered every base to find a qualified and motivated buyer so we could close quickly. He guided me in the best offer to accept and honestly I dont think anyone else could have found a better buyer. Even my neighbor is happy. Would highly recommend Blaise and JLK.

JLK has the best agent in New Jersey hands down. Blaise was phenomenal in helping my family not only find a property to rent but working with us through the holiday season ( even on Christmas day) to make sure everything was done correctly. His knowledge of the market and dedication to his clients are beyond words. He made the transition so easy and we where in our home within 3 weeks start to finish. *Blaise Demers* was incredible from start to finishing with helping me rent my property. He was always available and responsive in a timely manner. He took initiative to start my CO with the township, ensured everything was completed with it's, arranged inspections AND even went to pick up my Firehydrant from Home Depot! I cannot thank Blaise enough with all of his assistance. In what can be a stressful process, everything was made simple and stress free with Blaise's guidance every step of the way.
