I hired them after hearing good about their service. Unfortunately, my experience was not so. They come and do the service but there's no one to talk to about any concerns. After calling a few times the manager assured me the tech would reach out while visiting, to address the issues. That never happened and my grass looks worse than when I started the service. I canceled the service and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And you can forget about the non-existent 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Dude cut me off when he couldve waited 1 second for me and the car behind me to pass the drive way. I beeped because of how bad he cut me off and then he proceeds to give me the finger. I wouldnt hire this company to do ANY yard work for me if their employees act like this, never mind have them as an employee. Looks bad for the company. Unbelievable.

Overall, I've been quite satisfied with the service provided for the past years. My only complain is the poor work done reseeding my lawn for which I promptly expressed my displeasure by an email message on September 22 2023. I have photos taken immediately after reseeding support my point

I am using them for over 10 years and every year I complain and then forget about it. This year I have been calling every second day the last four weeks and they keep on saying someone will take care of it. They asked maybe I should power seed again and when looking in the system they see I just power seeded in 2021. I am paying $589 a year and VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE.
