Saige Coffee House

I only had the chicken chipotle panini for lunch. It was very good and not too big. I did not have any coffee. Pleasant atmosphere. Will visit again.

I used to enjoy the cafe, thought it was a great addition to the plaza here in Jackson where Im from. Typically friendly service the few times Ive been in and I really did enjoy myself. This last time I was in I could have been asked politely by the owner who was there if I wouldnt mind wrapping up a few minutes early as its only 5:40 currently and the establishment is open until 6pm. I was instructed quote 5 minutes at about 5:30 by a worker or someone who was coming in the back to what seemed like move a refrigeration unit out to be honest I dont really care what they were doing I was a paid customer in the cafe attempting to finish my work till about 5:50 was the plan until they were sliding stuff out of the kitchen making an entire ruckus and I did let the owner know how disappointed I was in the experience there today as opposed to other times. He could have been the one to let me know, they could have easily put up a closer 30 minutes early sign to avoid this kind of event. Now instead of finishing my work I had ample time to sit in the car and leave this review. If you made it to the end, coffee has been great every time Ive been in. Havent eaten the food and wont now after this experience, plenty more cafes out there to try :) good luck Saige of Jackson... I will give them another try and update the review eventually as for now, 2 stars is a stretch.
