there really disorganized and no way of identifying who's is who's and the service is horrible.

Service was terrible and very unorganized. I got a pizza, and it took over 20 minutes. There is no way of identifying whose food is whose, and it was overall one of my worst experiences.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I placed a mobile order for a grilled chicken Caesar salad. I waited 20+ minutes for the notification that it was ready for pickup. I go inside and it isn't clear where to pick it up. There's a sign for mobile pickup, but nothing is there aside from an empty heated cart. I ask an employee for help and she tells me to check the fridge. Turns out I waited 20+ minutes for a premade salad, they gave me no utensils or dressing, and the chicken was the driest chicken you can imagine. Thankfully I didn't pay since it was from my all-season dining plan. What a horrible experience at a park that is going downhill in a hurry.

They changed the ordering and pickup system and its like the Wild West. The employees giving out the food cannot get your order correct despite having the receipt in their hand.

All of the other reviews were complaining about price, what do you expect?? Its a theme park. Anyway, the cafe was lovely. The AC as soon as you walk in feels like a dream. Its a great place to go and sit down, relax, eat some quick and yummy food for a bit.
