The owner I believe is the one that answers the phones. If she isn't the owner, then she needs to be fired for the sake of the business! We have delt with her several times in the past, only because their prices are fair, and they are close by. But we will never again do business with them. It's not just one bad day she was having as the other review would imply... it's all the damn time! She is the most miserable person that ever graced this earth, and she needs to sell the business to someone who is nice, or actually wants to do what she is doing for a living.  The door we had for a client's kitchen pantry door had a pane of glass in the inlay on the top half of the door. We needed frosted glass there. The first time they did it, we got it back thinking it was fine... repainted it and hung it again. The clients noticed a gouge in the glass, so we brought it back. They fixed it, and we got the door back and re hung it, it and the frosted part was on the inside of the door instead of the outside. And after explaining this to her, and hoping she'd be honest and admit that the frosted side should be on the outside (especially if that is what the client wants) she told me the frosted side should be on the inside. Well, that's not what the customer wants, so can you flip it? She told me to do it ourselves. But we didn't want to be responsible for breaking or scratching it again. So,  they charged us for their mistake again and took back the door. We waited 3 weeks for them to take the trim off and flip the glass. When we picked up the door again there were more scratches on the glass. AHHHHH!!!! They said, "we don't' want your business, take the door and don't come back!" So here we are with a beautifully finished kitchen, (done by Mancuso Design and Renovations LLC. By the way) and we don't have a pantry door. SO we are on the hunt for another company to do the door. The time spent and the gas to get this door done was way more then what the client had paid for that part of the job, and has become a throne in our sides. We like to do quality work for our clients, and to have to deal with a business that has no regard for customer service is very frustrating. Sell to someone who cares about this line of work.
