        The manager Jen was very rude and unprofessional- not conducive to working in retail where you interact with customers regularly! I left my reading glasses in the car and could not read the label on the outside of the Christmas decoration lightbulbs I was purchasing. I asked her if they were on a timer and if the battery was included. I was very polite and her attitude was very dismissive! A person like her should not be working in a retail store and namely as a manager!

        The manager Jen is extremely unprofessional and immature. She confronts her employees and talks about others behind their back. This is extremely childish. Jen is pulling some of her employees and telling them to stay away from certain people. She would tell them lies about someone to an employee and for them not to be friends with a specific person. The employees she confronts actually listen to her but they're all lies and I'm afraid the employees listen to her because they don't want to get fired. End result, Five Below is extremely unprofessional. I don't understand how managers can be so immature, it makes you wonder if they even deserve to be in that position they are currently holding.
