I ordered through Ubereats, and after 45 minutes, my order was canceled. On reordering, I received a disappointing single-layer Maharaja Mac burger with a potato patty instead of a double decker with corn and cheese which it was supposed to be. They either sent me a wrong order or their description is inaccurate. The samosa chat was also soggy. Overall, the taste and quality were subpar. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

We have been their regular customer for about more than 8 years. Last weekend I recommended my friends to order from them for our Diwali party. There was a mis-match in one item in order, and the person who took order was adamant that they sent the right item. So it was a classic example of he said she said. I was expecting a higher level of customer service because we order from them regularly. But given that the party had already started we just ordered a new item again. I had to send someone to pick the item and the item (kadi pakora) that was sent wasnt good quality. No one ended up eating it. The whole experience was very upsetting. I tried to go talk to him today but he wasnt in the restaurant. At this point, just going to leave it that they lost me as a customer. My recommendation to all is be sure before paying to pickup what u order. The sad part is such people get away with it even though they are in the service industry. I have recommended them to so many people and now they lost those customers too.
