Never knew that a company still exist that cares about exceptional customer service from start to finish. My brother and I needed a reliable, and straightforward company that would help us ship a container of household goods and furnitures from Jacksonville, FI to Kingston, Jamaica at a reasonable price. Maggie! you've become our super hero, immediately I recognize that you love what you do. you knew what we needed before we knew we needed them. Container was booked and ready to be pickup from our port of choice, she recommended supplies we needed to secure our goods, and she constantly communicate with us on our progress Kingston was Hassel free, all we had to do was the necessary paperwork which her daughter Giselle (love her) assist us with, and pay the required fees. Few days later the container was delivered at the house with a team to unload it They went as far as putting the furnitures where we needed them. Thanks again for a great customer service.

Maggie is so nice and understanding. Recently shipped with them and my barrel arrived in Kingston just in time for clearance. Everything was in my barrel, nothing was missing. This was my first time shipping with them and my experience was great. No complaints. I recommend them 100%. The customer service is also immaculate.
