        I was unfortunately assigned by my insurance to this practice, but they wouldnt provide care. They state that since youre on HMO plan you must wait 30 days before they can provide an appointment which is another period of wait time Absurd!

        The waiting area is brightly lit and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Victoria Pedoeem is professional and very caring. She makes sure you know what's going on with your teeth. I recommend her services highly. She has a very gentle hand.

        As usual, I was received and serviced excellently. I commend both the medical assistant and the doctor for making my experience a very pleasant one and I'm looking forward to returning for my follow up appointment.

      Hello iDoctor1991,I’m sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately with discounted dental plans like HMO, DHMO, HDC as the one you have, the office insurance policy is to wait until you’re assigned to our office before being seen as the insurance carriers have neglected to pay the office otherwise. AllInsurance plans are aware of our roster only policy for HMO carriers. However, we always provide care and if you’d like to be seen sooner, you can cover the costs of the work out of pocket! Another alternative is to select a PPO plan where you can be seen right away as well! Unfortunately, this is the way it works with HMO discounted dental plans like the one you have. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 973 373 0499! Have a good day!
