        This is a five star service. Derrick Pringle's a friendly, reliable, skilled professional. I had a few plumbing projects that needed to be done prior to the selling my apartment. I reached out and explained what needed to be done. Derrick responded quickly and fit me into his schedule the next day. He did an excellent and expedient job for an extremely reasonable fee. I highly recommend Pringle Property Services!

        Mr.pringle came & installed my air conditioner & he did a great job he took the bars out the windows how i dont know but he is a great handyman.thank u mr. Pringle i highly recommend u for handy work.
