        Just called to get more information about purchasing an above ground pool and was immediately put on hold. The lady working was having a personal conversation with someone at the store about her email instead of taking my call and did not bother to mute the call. I hung up. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

        I've been going to Leslie's for a long time and they may have had their employee challenges in the past but my recent experience with Dawn was excellent. I made a big purchase over the phone and she answered every question I had and then had it waiting with my name on it when I stopped in. Even steered me towards a purge purchase for my hot tub which turned out to be a game changer! Thanks Dawn!
