I got Michael's reference from my friend when I was buying my first house in 2021. Michael is not only professional but he also showed empathy for the first time buyer and hold my hand to walk me through this cumbersome process. I was extremely impressed. He suggested right things to do and the recent experience with from this weekend (April/2024) shows his exemplary client service attitude. I needed a copy of the survey for the house that I bought in 2021. He provided me the copy within 15 min of me emailing him about the request. He understand the challenges that we face as a "first time" "buyer" and supported me throughout through process. One thing is for sure, if I ever buy my 2nd house, he is my attorney. The process of buying a house is complicated. Regardless of success or failure, there will be many problems and risks. I think Mike is a good lawyer who is trustworthy and protects his clients.

The Weber, Fabiyan & Associates team were an amazing group to work with. More specifically, Mike Weber was by far one of the most diligent, detail-oriented, protective, honest and accessible attorneys Ive been privileged to work with. He made my pursuit of real estate and homeownership increasingly seamless by asking the necessary questions, investigating anything outstanding and working hard to flesh out any nebulous language - thus putting me in the most favorable position within the property deal. Although our last transaction fell through due to some structural issues with the house, Mr. Weber and their firm were thorough in making sure that we don't end up getting stuck with a house that we can't afford to live in, since it will not pass inspections. Other firms we inquired charged more and will be keeping a portion of the retainer fee if the trasaction falls through, which would have added more out of pocket expense on our end, since we already paid for inspection as well.
He is responsive as I have tried to text him on weekends and still received a response back. We really appreciate that as it reduces some anxiety related to home buying.
We are now under contract again on another property and we feel that they make sure that we are going to benefit from the purchase by ensuring that we are not on the hook if the town does not allow us to move in if the certificate of occupancy is not issued due to some inspection findings.
They are a great firm and will not nickle and dime their clients just to make an extra buck.
We will definitely continue to use their firm for all other future real estate transactions and refer them to our friends and family who are in the market to purchase a new home.
