Dr. Richard Lesser

This doctor put their services on zocdoc and never pay attention on patients through this service. What a sad experience to come to the closed office and no one is here you should remove your services from this platform if you do not use it. I will report an issue there as well too for your 0 service.

Doctor Lesser is a great doc kind and caring but his assistant Susan is completely difficult to talk to all I feel is fear and anxiety when having to call there knowing she's gonna give her two cents and is rude. She really shouldn't be in the healthcare field as she has no concern for the feelings of the patients who are already going thru a trauma. It's too traumatic to speak with her !

I've been going to Dr. Lesser for about 12 years now. It's never been difficult to get an appt. Staff have always been nice and all the rooms are very clean. The office is well managed by Susan especially when scheduling surgeries. Dr. Lesser is kind, patient and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend this practice.

Office staff is unpleasant and unsupportive supportive. Could not put mask overknows due to medical reasons and asthma without having to put oxygen on to compensate for loss of oxygen. Since I would not cover my nose the doctor refused to treat even though my mouth was covered and I am fully vaccinated. Stay away from this office

My primary physician referred me to Dr Lesser about 5 years ago. I have been to his office not steadily, but more intermittently as needed over these years on multiple occasions. I am very satisfied with the doctor, his knowledge and level of experience, and the treatments I have received. I am always equally impressed with the support staff, from the receptionists to the exam room nurses, to the check out person. They always send me away with extra literature, everyone is friendly, concerned, the place is clean, including the men's room, waiting room and exam rooms, there is always parking available, and it is a nice fun area to travel to, with great food choices to visit before heading back home. Having a competent foot doctor like Dr Besser and his team affords me the opportunity to prevent any minor or initial foot related problems from escalating, and allows me to live a healthier life, in conjunction with the rest of my health care providers and routine.
