I was able to make an appointment right away! The girl at front desk was nice and helpful. Vicky is an absolute genius in progressives. Shes patient and explains thoroughly and very well. I was always happy by eyes on 9 and they never let me down.

Dr. Parikh is a capable eye specialist who really knows what she's doing. She speaks to her patients on the human level and is super considerate and friendly! The receptionists are friendly people and Dana was especially helpful to me :)

I want to share an amazing experience I had with eyes on 9. There is a new OD in the office, Dr. Janki Parikh, and she is a pleasure to deal with and really cares about her patients. I wanted to get contact lenses and I was given a pair of contact lenses to try out for a week and come back for a follow up to see if I like them or want a new one. It was my first time wearing them so the first pair I got felt right in the office but overtime something felt off. It took me some time to focus when moving back and forth from far to close and it felt wrong. I mentioned this to her and even though every other detail was fine she told me that there is no point on having to deal with it if we can go from a 9/10 to a 10/10 on the checklist of how the lenses are doing. She preceded to spend the next hour helping me try on 7 different types of lenses weighing the pros and cons of all of them and the prices too and helped me get to the perfect one. To be clear this isnt telling you that she didnt do a good job. This is the opposite. I tried on the second one and she asked me if they were good and I said they were ok but still a 9/10 and then she gave me a third and I thought they were a 10/10 but she asked me if I would mind testing out another 4 pairs because there were other pros of those pairs. I tried on the fourth and I liked them too then the 5-7 not as much. She was so patient and helpful with each pair that I ended up choosing the fourth pair which I would r have even gotten to if not for her persistence on making sure that it is perfect for me even though I liked the third a lot. Almost every other doctor would say Oh you like the third pair, so take them and they would have never gotten to the fourth which suited them much better. If you care about your eyesight and want it to be perfect and never have any difficulty seeing I 100% recommend her professional work.
