Dave the respiratory therapist was great he came out to my home and explained everything to a tee I hadnt used my cpap since I got it over a year ago with the hospital because it was never thoroughly explained to me how to manage it but Im now excited to use it tonight Dave hes very knowledgeable I think all companies should use Respiratory Therapists to explain their machines all my questions and concerns were answered thank you

Rayon was excellent! His communication skills and demeanor are beyond reproach. He is attentive, patient and personable. He educated us appropriately and made us feel at ease. Kudos to Rayon!

David (RT) was very prompt and informative. He setup the new ResMed S11 very efficiently and demonstrated the proper use and maintenance. After completing the administrative process, and making suggestions for the use of the CPAP, he left with the user feeling comfortable with the equipment.

Dave, the respiratory therapist was excellent. He was friendly and very helpful getting my new CPAP machine set up. He made sure that I was comfortable with with everything before he left to ensure that my first night using it would be successful.

Ugh. Where do I start? My husband has to continuously fight for and demand his equipment! We need to pursue how to find another vendor.
