Giant Granite & Marble

I was hesitant to review because I wanted to give the company a chance to fix the issues but.... it has yet to be done. If I can give then zero stars I would.. They came to install my countertops in my brand new home the first week of March and getting them to come in the first place was a hassle and their customer service is terrible. Second they cracked our island countertop while installing. Third they chipped off the side of our BRAND NEW CABINETS. We took pictures of the damage to the countertop itself and the cabinet that was ruined and emailed them. They have been giving us the runaround for weeks now. I have called numerous times and all I get is an excuse, I was also hung up on only to get an email 2 seconds later.. All we were asking for is that they come and take a look at the cracked countertop but apparently that's too much to ask for.. NOW we are stuck with a brand new counter top with a crack in it and ruined brand new cabinets.. just an all around terrible experience.. if you are looking for countertops I highly DO NOT recommend. If you are looking for a professional company they are NOT it. EDIT: they finally showed up after posting this review, guns blazing like they were ready for a fight. Couldn't even get a word in. NOT at all professional. We will be cutting our losses and going elsewhere.

I recently had an outdoor kitchen installed and used Giant Granite for the counter top. Excellent customer service. They came out within a day for measurements and their staff were extremely helpful in choosing marble that matched perfectly with the outdoor area. I’ve referred them to two other friends - both were just as pleased with service and install.

Giant Granite & Marble were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were always so helpful, very knowledgeable, & gave honest opinions. My fiancé & I were pleasantly surprised with how reasonably priced our granite slab was too, especially with an upgraded edge. If you’re looking for a beautiful granite counter top that’s reasonably priced and installed to perfection look no further !

Precise, Polite, Professional and caring. Giant Granite is a great resource and a rock solid choice for countertops, islands and fireplace aprons!
