I've been coming to eastern dental in Howell for years, I drive from long island to see Dr. Rodriguez and he always gets the job done making me feel better. The girls at the front desk and the assistant Jamie is fantastic. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you!!

My first visit was good. My next visit was confusion about my bill. At least the office manager knew what she was doing to explain it to me. The blonde at the front desk wasn't very nice the 2 times I dealt with her. She needs people skills. The staff needs to learn how to handle payments to bills!

This was my first time having a problem with this place but I had an appointment for a filling and no one disclosed over the phone when I made my appointment that a same color filling was 80$ where a silver is free. I told them I had insurance and they said it didnt matter and I told them that no one told me it over the phone either and they literally did not care at all they were just like oh sorry . I normally dont complain ever but when youre talking about someones teeth, the first thing someone notices about you when youre talking YOU TELL THEM AHEAD OF TIME. Hey silver is free, same color tooth is 80$. I had to leave in tears bc I couldnt afford 80) upfront and they basically did not care, after I hade to wait a month for an appointment that fit my schedule. If my insurance covered a different dental office I would switch over in a second.

I have to say this place has been a complete disaster since I first went there over a year ago. Unfortunately this was the only place my insurance covered in the near area. All the teeth I had worked on have since cracked and crumbled. Fillings fall out. And recently I have been there FIVE times in the past month for the same 2 teeth and yet nothing has been done yet. Every time I go in, they tell me they cant fix it yet and put a temporary filling in. Or take more x-rays and make another appointment for me to come back. Then it gets infected and cannot be fixed again until I take medicine. Endless cycle. Endless copays. Now the teeth have to be pulled because they are so decayed to the point that its hitting my nerves and sinuses causing tingling. Every time I make an appointment for pain its labeled as an emergency appointment and nothing gets done. The staff is completely idiotic, rude and disrespectful. The young blonde at the front desk laughs and makes faces at you when shes bothered and has a major attitude. They also try and take my money BEFORE the appointment. Who does that before treatment? I can go on and on. Dont go here. They will ruin your teeth and empty your wallet and leave you feeling angry.
