I just had a wonderful experience in the store and felt the need to share it. I came in for a lot of make up advice and Antonio delivered! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and made me look amazing, he was such a sweet soul and an absolute pleasure! You got yourself a gem, Ulta!

I am really disappointed. I love Ulta in locations such as Brick and the Freehold Mall one . But this one was totally different. The vibes and the overall experience in those other two Ultas are amazing. All the staff is kind and very helpful. But in this Ulta, I felt like I was being severely judged. Now, I came in for a cleanser that I use often . Mine had run out, so I went to get a new one. And I go to Ulta just to look to find new products that I might like. But this time I went and the staff kept staring it wasnt normal, staring like normal staff do . But it was a type of staring that makes you feel like youre being heavily judged . I dont know why this happened. But I walked in, I went through the isles, just looking at everything and getting what i need. And I look up and notice im surrounded . By four staff members. They werent doing anything but looking at me. They were staring at me giving me a side eye. And one of them. Went as far to hide themselves . But continue to stare at me in an angry / disgusted manner .. I am not sure why this happened. But it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It made me anxious. And overall unsettled.
