GREAT PLACE to FIX, REPLACE, and IMPROVE OUR AUDOMOBILES.
The STAFF/TECHNICIANS are HONEST, Friendly, and Professional.
I have plenty of life experience, in doing a lot of upkeep, with all that can be replaced due to wear and tear..
Dad FORCED Me in learning how to Upkeep the Car's at Home.
And NOW at 49yearsOLD.
I've become Disabled, and Really look for that place were Honesty from Technicians "Mechanics"
Exist. And Mides in Howell has that feel safe JOB DONE.
KNOW that anyone can have a BAD DAY. We are Humans, which are NOT PERFECT.

DO NOT GO HERE, and after the response I got from my formal complaint Id say go anywhere but a Midas for your car needs. I went in for a simple oil change simply because they sent a 20$ off coupon. The car care professionals couldnt get the oil change service needed warning to go away and keep in my mind this is on a new car. I refused to leave until they got the warning to go away and it took 5 guys over an hour to figure out a simple sequence that was required to reset the computer. BUT in the process of these professionals all climbing in and out of my NEW car they left disgusting grease marks all over the steering wheel and display screen and the icing on the cake..it ended up costing more than if I wouldve just thought the car to the dealership and the regional manager called in response to my complaint and gave me an attitude and was acting as if I was wrong for being upset at them. Ill do whatever I can to make sure no friends or family ever use Midas, and if youre reading this please go somewhere else.
