Our refrigerator stopped maintaining proper temperatures. We are former MYA customers. Karl was terrific in helping us decide to repair or replace. Ultimately, we replaced the unit with a new one from GE The entire process from showroom to delivery & installation was perfect. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to Youngs Appliance for making the whole process seamless & easy. You dont get this kind of service at Big Box stores. Highly recommended!

After fooling around with dryer belts bought at certain chain stores. Went here. They had the part I needed. It was genuine factory type parts. Not universal junk at those big box stores. The employees there were very professional. Knowledgeable and courteous. This will be my go to next time I need a part . 7

My 20 year old refrigerator/freezers compressor was shot. I came here and worked with Mike-the customer service was outstanding. With pictures and my measurements I ordered a fridge, but Mike called me a half hour later after relooking at my photos. I returned to the store and ordered a different unit that would fit my custom cabinetry perfectly. My item was delivered in three days and Jonathan put everything together and took away the broken unit. I am extremely satisfied with the whole buying experience and will now know where to go for excellent service and products.
