        If you have a question you cannot speak to anyone at the store. We dropped a device off for repair and had a question about pick up. All we could get was a customer service rep from outside the country that wanted us to schedule an appointment at the store. They really miss the mark on good customer interactions and this is a direct reflection on why this business is going nowhere. If I can get the same customer service from an online retailer whats the point of utilizing the store. Repair completed but Best Buy overall missed the mark. I will be taking all future business elsewhere.

        The repaired service is not like before. When you just walked in left your electronics and pick it up a week later. Now you have to call and make an appointment to drop off and pick up. However, my computer was fix within a couple of days free of charge. Very good Customer Service.

        Customer service guy was very helpful in helping me to carry the TV to my car and load it in. I recently had surgery, so definitely needed and appreciated the help.
