F45 Training Hoboken North

I LOVE coming to this gym! I was recommended it by a family member and dont think Ill ever stop coming. The coaches are very friendly and non-judgmental, and I really like the class aspect as it holds me accountable for coming at a specific time and making working out a priority in my day/week.

I just started at F45 this year and already love it. As someone who was trying to get back into working out, these sessions were the best way to jump right in while pushing myself to lift heavier. The coaches/trainers are super engaging and come around to fix form and encourage me. I would definitely recommend this gym for anyone looking for a good challenge!

I was a loyal member of F45 for three years, and what a regrettable transformation it has undergone. The recent decision to fire all their coaches left a glaring void in the gyms expertise, motivation, and community. In addition, the administration at the front desk has taken a nosedive in customer service, displaying a condescending and rude attitude that is far from welcoming. I used to love this gym, but witnessing its current state is disheartening. The blatant disregard for customer value is evident from the moment you walk in and encounter the outdated gym equipment. Its a stark reflection of how little they invest in maintaining a quality experience for their members. This once-thriving community has turned into a shadow of its former self. F45, youve lost a dedicated member, and Im not alone in feeling this way. Save yourself the frustration and find a gym that truly values its customers.

Ive worked out all of my life and have always preferred group training. My mom passed away unexpectedly really young and it broke me; I stopped taking care of myself. I struggled to get out of bed for months until I found F45. My goal every morning was to just get to the gym and listen to the coaches. The ease of not having to think, having constructive coaches and powerful energy in the morning has helped heal me. While its more expensive than the NYSC up the block, F45 is worth every dollar. Im grateful for all the coaches and highly recommend F45 if you need help in your health journey.
