It's a great building to live in. Well maintained with lots of amenities. Friendly staff, good management and Board. Wonderful views. Right by the water and the park.

This building continues to maintain high standards for the neighborhood. Excellent security, building and unit amenities, front desk parcel management and a strong community are just some of the highlights of this building. Highly recommended if you can afford it!
