My agent was Ruel Davis. From the start Ruel was late, unprofessional, over promised and under delivered. There were several issues on his end that he failed to communicate. These ranged from dog policy, proof of income, and apartment amenities (which were falsely advertised). Had Ruel been transparent with me from the start I would have looked at other options. Upon bringing up these issues up to him he stated that this was not his issue and began to insult me over the phone. Ruel is a 10 cent hustler who will take advantage of you at every turn.
