Carlton at the Hoboken location was patient and helpful. He had the patience to look through all the options with me end helped me make the best decision. I did a unique configuration with an oversized mat and he helped me find the right solution to get to my vision. They were great. And well priced.

Absolutely terrible company. Its been over a month since I sent them a piece to be framed and now Im being told its going to be another 1-2 weeks. No discount offered, no credit, nothing. Almost $300 spent on framing with the absolute WORST customer service and slowest possible turn around time (4x longer then what we were told originally). Ill NEVER use Framebirdge again and recommend you dont either!

Cool concept. Not great customer service. Not sure what the employees in the store actually do, they dont do the framing and dont communicate with customers regarding orders so
