Local Barre Social Club

This barre studio/social club is so wonderful! Today was my first visit, and each member made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was given a tour of the studio and shown the many amenities included with my membership. They offer a sauna, recovery boots, and a lovely coworking space stocked with coffee and water (on top of an incredible barre studio). I will definitely be extending my membership and Im excited to attend one of their networking events!

Thoroughly enjoy this studio and the classes. Erin's Barre class is especially enjoyable and fun. She takes the time to help with poses and advice. Great workout and stretching. Love it!

Ive been a loyal local barre member for 2+ years and was so excited when they opened their new location on Monroe. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my membership due to a negative employee interaction. I attend classes here regularly (3x per week) and have never been tardy before, therefore, unaware of the late policy. I arrived to my 10:45 am class at 10:49 am and was greeted by the 3 women huddled around the check-in desk. I immediately apologized for being tardy and explained the elevator was running slow. One woman took exactly 1 minute to explain why I would not be allowed into class because of the 5 minute grace period. I apologized again and said well Im right within that time frame as I glanced down at my phone reading 10:50 am, gave them my name to check me in and she refused to let me into the class. Again, I was still within their policy and was not given a first time courtesy. I will not be returning.

Local Barre is a great workout! The instructors are helpful and enthusiastic. The overall vibe of the studio is super chic. I look forward to coming here and always have an amazing workout.
