      I am sorry for your experience. The gentlemen that you met today was a fill in worker from another store. I, myself was away celebrating the birth of my 1st granddaughter. Sometimes we hope that people have the same attitude as the owner, but I guess at this instance he wasn't. Once again I am sorry for your experience
